Educational Qualifications and Experience:–

| 1. | CONSULTANT ‘A’ Consultants should have (i) Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering/Technology/ Science or Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering/Technology with good knowledge of M.S. Office (ii) experience in the field of Environmental Pollution management/control for a period of more than 3 and upto 5 years. OR The Retired Government Employees with (i) Grade pay of Rs. 4600/- (Level-7) and above and knowledge of M.S. Office (ii) experience in the field of Environmental Pollution management/control for a period of more than 3 years upto 5 years. |
| 2. | CONSULTANT ‘B’ Consultants should have (i) Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering/Technology /Science or Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering/Technology with good knowledge of M.S. Office (ii) experience in the field of Environmental Pollution management/ control for a period of more than 5 and upto 10 years. OR The Retired Government Employees with (i) Grade pay of Rs. 6600/- (Level 11) and above and knowledge of M.S. Office (ii) experience in the field of Environmental Pollution management/control for a period of more than 5 years upto 10 years. |
| 3 | CONSULTANT ‘C’ Consultants should have (i) Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering/Technology / Science or Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering/Technology or Ph.D in the field of Environment Science/Engineering/Technology and (ii) experience in the field of Environmental Pollution management/control for period of more than 10 years upto 15 years. OR Retired Government Employees with (i) Grade pay of Rs.8700/- (Level-13) and above and (ii) experience in the field of Environmental Pollution management/control for a period of more than 10 years upto 15 years. |
