Job Details & Qualification

1.	Planning Expert	55	B.Tech. in Urban Planning from School of Planning and Architecture (SPAs)/Indian Institute of Technology (IIT)/ National Institute of Technology(NIT) in India. Experience :- 0 to 3 years in Government Organization or any large Private Organizations of repute dealing with matters related to Urban Planning.
2.	Architecture Expert	23	Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch.) from any Indian Institute of Technology (IIT)/ National Institute of Technology (NIT) in India. Experience :- 0 to 3 years in Government Organization or any large Private Organizations of repute dealing with matters related to Architecture.

Selection Procedure

(i) Preference will be given to the candidates having Doctor of Philosophy (PhD), Master Degree or Toppers of
Bachelor’s Degree.
(ii) Directorate of Urban Local Bodies will scrutinise all the applications by a Screening-cum-Selection
Committee and candidates will be shortlisted based on merits. The Committee will also conduct an interview
of the shortlisted candidates.
(iii) The Department may conduct a test of eligible candidates through reputed Government agency or
Government controlled agency for selection of Experts.
(iv) The decision of the said Committee shall be final and no correspondence will be entertained in this regard.

Details Of Documents

1. Latest passport size colored photograph. Photograph must be a recent passport size color
   photograph with light background and covering 80% of the candidate’s face.
2. Scanned copy of signature of the applicant as per specification given below :-
   a. The applicant has to sign on white paper with Black Ink pen. Please crop the portion of
   signature from the scanned document and upload it in the application form.
   b. The applicant must sign clearly so that the scanned image is clear and may be used for
   verification at the time of interview.
3. Self certified copy of the Detailed Marksheet Certificate/Degree of qualification.
4. Self certified copy of the experience certificate issued by organisation, if any.

How to Application Form

1. Applicant has to first register by entering the required details before filling the Online Application form. After successful registration, applicant will SIGNIN with his/her credentials.
2. Applicant can then SIGNIN and start filling the application form.
3. On clicking the “Submit Application” button and Unique Application Number will be generated.
